Sasha practices Jikiden Reiki, a traditional Japanese healing method that channels universal life force energy to support both body and mind. Rooted in the original teachings of Mikao Usui, this approach remains unmodified and authentic. Sound Healing is a cornerstone of Sasha’s holistic approach, grounded in the knowledge that everything, including our bodies, is vibrating energy. With our bodies made predominantly of water, sound vibrations from instruments like gongs, singing bowls, and chimes can penetrate deeply, realigning cells and clearing energetic blockages. This practice works on both the physical and subtle energy bodies, addressing imbalances before they manifest. Through this process, Sound Healing promotes deep relaxation and emotional release, guiding you back to your authentic, empowered self.

Her session may be combined with Yoga Nidra, often called "Yogic Sleep," which isn't about sleeping, but rather exploring the liminal space between waking and sleeping.
