Each practice complements the others, working in harmony to deepen your healing journey and restore balance, offering a truly personalised and holistic path to recovery.

  • Kundalini Yoga is at the heart of Sasha’s practice, a transformative method that awakens your inner creative life energy through breath, movement, mantra, and meditation. By harmonising with the nervous system, meridians, and using neural plasticity, this practice restores emotional, physical, and spiritual balance while nurturing creativity, mental clarity, and personal growth. Sasha’s non-dogmatic approach blends ancient wisdom with modern scientific insights, creating a space for healing, discovery, and evolution.

  • Sasha practices Jikiden Reiki, a traditional Japanese healing method that channels universal life force energy to support both body and mind. Rooted in the original teachings of Mikao Usui, this approach remains unmodified and authentic. Through gentle hand placement, Sasha facilitates the flow of Reiki energy, enhancing the body’s natural healing abilities. This practice promotes physical healing, reduces stress, alleviates pain, and restores emotional balance. Non-invasive and deeply relaxing, Reiki offers a natural, effective path to inner peace, backed by research and growing global recognition.

  • Sound Healing is a cornerstone of Sasha’s holistic approach, grounded in the knowledge that everything, including our bodies, is vibrating energy. With our bodies made predominantly of water, sound vibrations from instruments like gongs, singing bowls, and chimes can penetrate deeply, realigning cells and clearing energetic blockages. This practice works on both the physical and subtle energy bodies, addressing imbalances before they manifest. Through this process, Sound Healing promotes deep relaxation and emotional release, guiding you back to your authentic, empowered self.

  • Sasha integrates breathwork, or pranayama, into her therapeutic practice, using your breath as a powerful tool to nourish the body, mind, and spirit. By guiding each inhale and exhale, breathwork becomes a sacred practice for self-discovery, offering profound peace, heightened focus, and a sense of wellbeing that resonates throughout every aspect of your life.

  • Through guided breath, focus, and awareness, Sasha’s meditation practice invites you into a state of deep stillness, helps regulate the nervous system, calms the mind, and restores emotional equilibrium. Her session may be combined with Yoga Nidra, often called "Yogic Sleep," which isn't about sleeping, but rather exploring the liminal space between waking and sleeping. Over time, this practice not only enhances the quality of your sleep, but gently turns rest itself into a form of meditation, allowing for transformation and deeper awareness.
